no fun right now, why am I here?

Poker simply isn't any fun when you can't win a hand. Big pairs, big draws, top pair, doesn't matter. Never good by the river. NEVER GOOD BY THE RIVER.

I started the month like a house on fire - that's way in the past now. I'm losing almost 9bb/100 this month, and my career win rate has fallen below 1.5bb/100 in 61000 hands. It was over 3 a week ago.

I am playing solid poker. I am not making hopeless river calls or tilt plays. But I've still lost 20% of my bankroll in the past 6 weeks. I have moved back down to 10NL - hasn't helped yet. Gotta stop the bleeding somehow.

Sounds like poker to me, Matt. We don't think the swings down should last as long as they do. Fact of the matter is down is a lot easier and quicker than up, which doesn't help either. I know I'm not being a big help here except maybe find another outlet for live play and see if that helps improve your mood. Online can be very frustrating.

"In poker you will run worse than you possibly imagined".

You're running bad but you're likely also snake-bit and not playing anywhere near your A+ game. It happens to us all - take a break, a week or even a month. However long it takes. See you on the other side of the tunnel. :)
