keeping the faith...

When you play in a matrix tourney, and get knocked out of three of the four tourneys early on mathematical improbabilities, you start to question stuff. (God, Life, The Poker site, etc). Shouldn't the math work out the way it's supposed to, you know, roughly about equal to the way it's supposed to?

The silly math worked for me one time, and against me 3 or 4. You'll argue selective memory - I only remember the suckouts. Meh, maybe.

I'm pretty happy with my play right now, but not the results. Don't be results-oriented, you'll say. I'll say "meh" again. In the short term, I agree. But my long term results aren't so hot either.
